PSU Maintou Incline Hike / Brewery

Climb with us! Last year, we were featured in the Penn Stater Magazine for our annual Manitou Incline ascent. You don't want to miss it this year! Tradition continues on the first Saturday of June. Well ascend the Incline then convene afterwards at the Manitou Brewery to recover. 

To anyone new to Colorado or anyone who has never - but always wanted to - tackle the Manitou Incline, this hike is definitely worth the view. Please come prepared for a relatively strenuous hike with plenty of water and appropriate hiking gear. The ascent is a mile straight up a 2,000 foot elevation gain. Once at the top, we'll regroup and then descend down the Barr Trail to the base. We will meet afterwards (around 11am) at the Manitou Brewery to celebrate our accomplishment and have some great food. 

*Wear your PSU gear & meet at the base of the Incline by 7:30am so we can beat the heat! Plan accordingly to park, as there is rarely enough parking at the base. You may need to park in Manitou and either take a bus up or walk.
