PSU Colorado - Annual Winter Dinner - Registration Open!

REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Our annual holiday tradition will take place on Wednesday, December 7, 2021 at Bigsby's Folly Craft Winery and Restaurant. Doors open at 6:30 pm. 

We will gather together in the winery's Production Room where the tradition, authenticity and sophistication of the world's most prestigious vineyards are paired with the approachability of their Roaring 20s-inspired decor. It's truly an experience where artisanal craft meets everyday accessibility. 

We'll have a custom dinner menu crafted to delight all dietary preferences. More details on the menu to come soon!

Attendees will have the opportunity to win some great gifts and prizes! What better way to start the holiday season!

PARKING:
There is street parking all around the facility as well as a parking garage right next door at Zeppelin Station, which is just $3. Download the ParkChirp app for ease of payment in the garage. 

Bigsby's Folly:

Established in 2017, Bigsby's Folly is a classic urban winery located in the heart of Denver's RiNo art district. Built in a 130-year old warehouse, the winery does what craft breweries did for beer by bringing education, adventure and quality wines to an urban neighborhood.
